In order to proceed money transfer from PayPal to Payoneer, first of all login to your PayPal account.

Click on the withdraw link from the menu and a new window containing PayPal money withdrawal options will be opened.


There you will see two options that are:

• Withdraw PayPal funds to Bank Account in United States


• Withdraw PayPal funds to Credit or Debit Card

I will recommend you to use the first option as there is no deduction of fees with this option. Click on continue button and on the next window you will have to select your bank account where you wanna  transfer your PayPal funds.

Select First Century Bank ( Checking) from the list and enter the amount you want to withdraw to your Payoneer Bank Account.


After proceeding and confirming the PayPal to Payoneer Money transfer, you will have to wait for 2-3 Working days.

Usually my PayPal funds are transferred within maximum two working days and on Saturdays and Sundays, it take 3 days maximum.

Within 2-3 days, you will see PayPal  money loaded into your Payoneer account.

Now use your Payoneer Master Card and move to any local ATM machine with MasterCard support. In Pakistan, i use Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) and Faysal Bank, Citibank ATM Machines can also be used to withdraw money from Payoneer Account.

There are also some fees associated with transactions made through Payoneer MasterCard.

Payoneer will charge

• 1$ for a failed ATM Transaction.


• 2.15$ for a successful transaction with Payoneer Card.


• 3% currency Exchange Fees.

So, its is recommended to use Payoneer MasterCard for bigger transactions. Like if you do a single transaction of 2000 Pakistani rupees then it will deduct a 600 PKR fees. And if you do two separate transactions of 1000, 1000 Rupees then the fees will be 600+600= 1200 PKR (estimated)

So be careful while using Payoneer MasterCard and avoid using it when your payoneer card is empty.

Step 3: Apply For Payoneer US Payment Service

Payoneer will allocate you an account in 1st century bank of USA and the account details you will get from payoneer will be used to verify paypal account in Pakistan. Step 4: Attach Payoneer Bank Account With PayPal

Now here comes the step to get verified PayPal account in Pakistan by linking your virtual bank account with PayPal. Login to your PayPal account and from the profile menu, click on Add/Edit bank account. On the next page you will have to enter your Payoneer virtual bank account details. You can get these details from US payment service. The name of bank should be First century bank and the account type should be checking.


PayPal will deduct about 1.5 Euros from your Payoneer account and will refund the same to your PayPal account after verification. So it is mandatory to 1st load Payoneer account with 4-5$ by PayPal or any other method.

In the transactions tab from Payoneer account, you will see the deduction of 1.5 Euros or 2$ by PayPal and it will also contain a specific code in the merchants name field. That code you will be required to put in PayPal account and then your PayPal account will be automatically verified.

You will receive Payoneer MasterCard at your specified address and you be able to link it too with PayPal account. That is second option for PayPal account verification.

Step 5: Withdraw of PayPal Fundds to Payoneer

Now  every time you get funds in your PayPal account, you can always withdraw those to your Payoneer bank account or Payoneer Credit Card. If you withdraw through bank account then there are no fees associated and a 2 Euro fee will be charged for credit card withdrawal.  There is a time variation for the funds to appear in your payoneer account for both these options.

You will see your Payoneer account loaded after 2-4 days of withdrawal and then you will be able to withdraw your funds from any local ATM machine supporting MasterCards. You can also use your Payoneer MasterCard for online shopping and purchases.

In Pakistan, I prefer Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) for Payoneer funds withdrawal and Faysal Bank, CitiBank also support Payoneer MasterCards.
